Conversion of hotel into a managed residential care home, including a double storey rear extension and complete internal alterations and refurbishments. The care home provides fifteen high quality individual bedsit units together with communal facilities including a lounge, kitchen, IT suite, activity room and a café. The home acts as a secondary recovery care home, and serves to prepare individuals for independent living.
