Part of the delivery team for this prestigious new four star 170 bedroom hotel. Formerly a 1970’s office building that has stood vacant and derelict for over ten years, the building has been redeveloped and gone through a major refurbishment and overhaul to create a state of the art Hyatt House brand hotel, the first of its kind in the United Kingdom.

Juttla Architects were appointed to value engineer the original design, and to project manage the construction works and to fit out works to suit Hyatt’s branding.
