Located directly opposite King’s Cross St Pancras tube station, the scheme involved the change of use of vacant offices on Euston Road. Complete refurbishments and extensions took place to form an eighty-eight bedroom hotel with a new restaurant, finished to a high contemporary standard. Extensions include an additional floor within a new mansard roof, which was designed to suit the style and characteristics of the existing and neighbouring properties.
