Extension to a Locally Listed public inn within the Green Belt, to provide overnight accommodation for guests and maximise the inn’s facilities. A carefully considered extension ensures the original structure is not disturbed, and also helps to positively contribute to the historic building. A close dialogue with the Local Authority ensured the considerable planning challenges encountered within the project were overcome.
