Every construction project, regardless of size, is required to meet appropriate building regulations as set out by the UK Government. It is to ensure that any proposed project complies with the current standards including structure, fire safety, access, electrical and drainage.

Once a planning application has been submitted, we would generally wait for approval before we then prepare and submit a full set of working drawings for building control purposes. This will include plans, elevations, sections and details, as well as the required structural calculations.
